To sign up for any clinic offering, you must pay a deposit to be officially signed up. You do not have a spot in that class until your deposit is received. Class sign up is on first come, first served basis. |

All balances including stall fees are due 1 month (30 days) prior to clinic to prevent losing spot. There will be a $100.00 late fee accessed on balances outstanding 1 month (30 days) prior to clinic start date. |

Refunds for cancellations are as follows:
Full Refund: prior to 1 month before clinic with replacement from wait list;
Full Refund minus $100 administration charge: within 1 month of clinic with replacement from wait list;
Audit Fees: non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within one month of refund criteria being met. |

No stallions, no exceptions — company-wide policy. |
5. |
Young Horse Clinics require participant to have Official Level 1 certification. |
6. |
Participants have free audit of any other classes/demos in clinic. Participant may also have free audit pass for 1 guest. |
7. |
Kids under 12 years old receive free audit if accompanied by paying adult. |
8. |
Current coggins required and horse(s) must be current on recommended vaccinations. |
9. |
$25 fee for NSF checks. |
10. |
All participants and auditors must sign a liability waiver. |
